WHAT WE DO and HOW?

“Wheels for God’s Word” is a strategy to accelerate the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ, throughout Africa, ten to twelve times faster than at present.

Travelling by bicycle on gravel roads and footpaths through the bush and forest has been found to cut walking time by at least a tenth. In some instances pastors travel up to 500 km per week!Bicycles are easily repaired and maintained, making them the ideal means of transportation to reach some of the most remote areas which have previously been unreached.

The trust of this mission’s ministry is to supply bicycles to (mainly) rural African pastors and evangelists.

SHORT TERM GOALS

To provide 400 bicycles to evangelists and preachers during 2012.
To provide motorcycles where neccessary.
To provide 400 Heart of Man charts to preachers.
To provide 2000 Heart of Man booklets to preachers. (5 for every chart)
To provide 400 Bibles in language of preachers’ preferances.
To provide training (How to use the Heart of Man Chart) for church leaders.
